Nice workout today. Improved on all counts. The second set was tough, but still managed to improve on rep count. Even Ab Ripper was better. I started adding two sets of lower back crunches to see if that will help my back.
Despite the improvement I still look like i swallowed my 20 year old [...]
So day 8: a repeat of day 1. I honestly thought that despite still being sore, that I’d improve on all my reps, etc, etc. But alas, no. I improved in a couple of sets, but overall the same, and in some cases less. I also decided that I am alternating between standard pull ups [...]
