Started recovery week for phase 2. Yoga X went pretty well. My wife joined me, and made me look horrible cause she’s so much more flexible than I am.
I was able to hold poses longer, especially crane, and my flexibility is getting better, although my left hamstring is always so tight.

Yoga went pretty well. I still struggle with a few of the poses, but overall I’m getting better for sure. That stupid reverse half-moon hold gets me everytime, but I think I’ll be able to get it down before 90 days are up. Hopefully.

Nice Yoga workout tonight. It came just in time, after a rough day of work, crying children and other normal life stuff. I’m still struggling with a couple balance postures, but in general am more flexible and am able to hold poses longer. Even managed to hold ‘crane’ for about 10 seconds.

Pretty frustrated with this workout. I was falling out of poses, not terribly focused, and felt pretty weak all around. That being said I did manage to hold a couple of poses that I haven’t been to, so there’s that I guess.
