So restarted week 3 of phase 2, because I was unable to get to 4 days of workouts. I was really disappointed to have to stop, but my schedule wasn’t playing nice.
Anyhow, tonight’s workout was good. I was pretty tired because of the late nights I’ve been working, but managed to push it through.

Really good workout today. I used heavier bands for shoulder and  tricep excercises and did more push ups than last week.  Probably the best part though was having my 3 year old exercise right along with me.  He was mimicking everything  I did – from doing push ups, to writing down reps, to drinking water.  [...]
