Well, I’m half way through this thing, and have to say it’s going pretty well. I can definitely tell that I’m stronger, more flexible, and perhaps taller. Not sure about any weight loss, but I feel a little slimmer, probably cause I’m wearing all black, and looking into a distorted mirror.
