Man, what a bad workout. I didn’t get to this until 9:00pm tonight, and was already pretty sluggish. I didn’t add any additional breaks or pause the video, but I definitely modified a few excercises to get through it.
Hopefully next weeks will be better.
Looking forward to tomorrow’s shortest workout of 52 minutes.

I forgot how tough this workout is.  I made it from start to finish, only breaking when they did, so that was something.  I did have to alter a couple of exercises half way through them, but nothing like the last two times.
I think this program might be working.
