Plyometrics today was tough today. I’ve been getting only 3-4 hours of sleep a night for the last 5 days, so, I’m really starting to drag. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon. Regardless it was tough, but worked my way through it.
Yawn…tired.

So restarted week 3 of phase 2, because I was unable to get to 4 days of workouts. I was really disappointed to have to stop, but my schedule wasn’t playing nice.
Anyhow, tonight’s workout was good. I was pretty tired because of the late nights I’ve been working, but managed to push it through.
