Decent workout today.  I’ve been pretty sluggish all week, but managed to get through this one too.  I improved rep count by one per excercise.  Considering my sleep schedule, it’s pretty good.   I still think this is my least favorite workout, but was glad to see I’m not tiring out as quickly.

Good workout today.  Everything improved – from pullups to doing wall sits without taking extra breaks.I even did the Ab Ripper X excercise afterwards and managed to get through it all.

So I kinda rushed today’s workout.  I did all the sets, but skipped Tony’s talking to get through it, so I could get to an appointment.  Needless to say, this is probably my least favorite workout.  My legs were achy from Yoga yesterday, and I just get frustrated when I can’t do 300 pull ups [...]

I was pretty tired during this workout, but managed to push through it.  Man those one legged wall sits are a killer.  I can tell I’m getting a bit stronger as I am able to do more pull ups than last week, or maybe it’s I’m not as sore.  Hard to tell.
