My goal for phase 3 is to not miss any more stretches. They’re easy enough to do in the morning, I just have to do them. lazy me.

I was really trying to get a stretch in today, but just go to busy with work and weekend stuff. Plus, i’m tired.
That is all. I’m hoping this next week I’m able to focus a bit more.

It’s amazing to me how changing my schedule really demotivated me. I didn’t workout yesterday, because I pushed everything up 1 day to account for my travel schedule. Anyhow, I nearly made a reasonable justification for not doing the stretch today. I can’t imagine what would have happened, had it been plyometrics or yoga.
