Today was either stretch or day off. I elected day off, primarily because I ran out of time.Phase 2 starts tomorrow.

Pretty frustrated with this workout. I was falling out of poses, not terribly focused, and felt pretty weak all around. That being said I did manage to hold a couple of poses that I haven’t been to, so there’s that I guess.

Boy, this is one is tough. I can make it through everything, but it leaves me very fatigued afterward. Not sure if it’s the fact that I’m working a bit harder or I’m just that weak. In any case, it’s a good and bad feeling.

It’s amazing to me how changing my schedule really demotivated me. I didn’t workout yesterday, because I pushed everything up 1 day to account for my travel schedule. Anyhow, I nearly made a reasonable justification for not doing the stretch today. I can’t imagine what would have happened, had it been plyometrics or yoga.
