Started recovery week for phase 2. Yoga X went pretty well. My wife joined me, and made me look horrible cause she’s so much more flexible than I am.
I was able to hold poses longer, especially crane, and my flexibility is getting better, although my left hamstring is always so tight.

My goal for phase 3 is to not miss any more stretches. They’re easy enough to do in the morning, I just have to do them. lazy me.

Kenpo X. What a good workout, despite feeling really bloated. In fact it was a little painful. Must have been something I ate.

I did Ab Ripper X first, because usually my legs are dead tired. It does make a difference. I’m pretty much getting this one down, and am really forcing myself to work more cleanly, so the reps are quality.
