So I had to make an executive decision about trying to work out over in Seattle. The thing is I had a buddy coming in from NY, so, blah, blah, excuse, excuse.. I didn’t do the p90x workouts, but did manage to squeeze to pretty decent cardio workouts. A 4 mile run and 30 minute bikeride. Not the best, but better than nothing.
Day 59, started Phase 3. I brought it. In almost every exercise, I upped my rep count significantly. Really noticing improvement in pull ups, which when I started I could only do 5 or 6, now I’m doing 15-20, depending on the form. It’s kinda cool to see.
I’ve also decided that I’m going to improve my diet over the next 30 days to see If I can make bigger gains. We shall see.
