I was really excited about doing Plyo today. Naturally, that excitement was stifled once I started the workout. Over the last couple of weeks I have been noticing an increasing amount of discomfort in my left knee. It feels like it’s somewhat hyperextended or just kinda loose. It’s hard to describe. Anyhow, I started the workout and about 3/4 of the way through it, I had to stop. I probably could have made it to the end, but I’d rather err on the side of not blowing my knee out. I popped a couple of ibuprofren, so hopefully that will help.
Kind of a let down, considering I am 2/3rds done with the first round of p90x .
