Great workout today, especially because I was joined by members of the Coiley family.  I think I’m just about at the point, that I’ll need to add an additional cardio exercise to this, as I’m getting through it pretty easily now.  Maybe an additional 30 minutes of bike or something.  In any case, progress is happening, as to whether or not I’m losing weight, that remains to be seen.

I feel better though.

    Hey Jared. A friend of mine had suggested doing high knees between each exercise, particularly during the first sets of punches and upper body stuff. It will help keep the heart pumping and get a little more cardio into the workout.
